Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer
- Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., earrings, nose rings)
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order ID, the reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use), we will notify you and arrange to return the item back to you (shipping charges may apply).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] with order details and photos of the issue.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
